Ash Ketchum：He is a Pokémon Trainer from Pallet Town whose goal is to become a Pokémon Master. (With his Pikachu)
Brock ： an aspiring Pokémon Doctor from Pewter City and a former traveling partner of Ash. He is also the former Gym Leader of the Pewter Gym.
May: a ten-year-old Pokémon Coordinator from the anime and a former traveling companion of Ash. She is the daughter of Norman and Caroline, and her starter Pokémon was a Torchic given to her by Professor Birch.
May’s Blaziken: the first Pokémon acquired by May at the beginning of her travels in Hoenn, given to her by Professor Birch.

Max: is an aspiring Pokémon Trainer and a former traveling companion of Ash. He is the younger brother of May and the son of Norman and Caroline. He made his debut appearance in There’s no Place Like Hoenn.
